Ministry of Equality
The Ministry of Equality is responsible for the proposal and execution of the Government's policy on equality and policies aimed at making equality between women and men real and effective, the prevention and eradication of any form of violence against women, and of any form of violence or discrimination exercised against persons because of their sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, sexual orientation, sexual or gender identity, gender expression, sexual characteristics, age, disability or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.
